Google, along with Udacity, is offering Android Basics Nanodegree.

You can enroll in this course even if you have little or no programming experience. This course teaches you how to build simple Android apps. You learn step by step to make simple apps, like an app to build an order form for a coffee shop, or an app on recent earthquakes in the world.

You will learn introductory computer science concepts in the Java programming language. You will also learn the following skills.

• Build app user interfaces
• Implement user interactions
• Store information in a database
• Pull data from the internet into your app

Bing Rewards Now In India

Bing Rewards, a service that lets you earn credits for searching on Bing or trying new features from Bing or other Microsoft products and services, is now available in India.

Earlier, it was available in US only, but is now being rolled into other countries, including India.

You need to have a Microsoft account to sign up for Bing Rewards. You can use an existing Microsoft account or create a new one. You can sign up using a phone number or a valid email address.

Bing will give you credits whenver you search on Bing or windows 10 Search bar, while being logged into your Microsoft account. You can earn up to 10 credits daily. You need just 90 points to recharge your phone for Rs. 30.

Global Math Challenge is Back

Global Math Challenge returns for it's third installment next month. It is a worldwide math competition held online and hosted by Sony Global Education, Inc. Great brainteasers in this test will excite & fascinate math lovers both young and old.

The test consists of multiple choice & number entry questions. You can try some sample questions given at the website. The questions focus on creative, logical thinking rather than formula. With Global Math Challenge you can choose from a range of age-based courses. The higher the grade, the more difficult the challenge.

You can have enroll with a free plan or a standard plan. With the Standard Plan, you will receive the explanations for all questions and full graphical analysis of your results.
