Rip a DVD to computer. If you just want to watch it on your computer, the "Normal" preset is fine. If you want to watch it on something like your iPod or iPhone, though, pick the correct preset on the left. If you're on Windows, you'll need copy a .DLL file into Handbrake's directory (using these instructions on a 32-bit version of Windows (https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=16670#p78021) or these instructions on a 64-bit version (http://www.webluke.net/2011/08/handbrake-windows-7-64-bit-dvd-ripping/).
